Henderson Far East Income issues new shares, updates net asset value

Henderson Far East Income Limited announced an agreement on October 17, 2025, to allot 300,000 ordinary shares at a price of 242.0p per share. These fully paid shares will be issued for cash on October 21, 2025, bringing the total issued share capital and voting rights to 186,289,679. This issuance is part of the company's block listing facility.

The company also reported its unaudited net asset value (NAV) per share as of the close of business on October 16, 2025. The NAV, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula and including current financial year revenue items, was 234.1p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited NAV per share was 224.3p.
