F&C Investment Trust buys back shares, updates net asset value

F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 50,000 of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each, to be held in treasury, with prices ranging from 1177.00p to 1180.00p and a weighted average of 1179.0166p. Following this transaction, the company now holds 84,555,572 ordinary shares in treasury, leaving 477,263,444 ordinary shares in issue, which also represents the total number of voting rights.

In a related transaction, Julie Tankard, a PDMR (non-executive director) of F&C Investment Trust PLC, purchased 584 ordinary shares of 25p at a price of 11.91p on 16 October 2025 via the London Stock Exchange.

Additionally, the company released its net asset value as of 16 October 2025. Net assets per ordinary share (prior charges at market value) were 1,296.46 pence ex-income and 1,301.06 pence cum-income. When calculated using prior charges at nominal value, the figures were 1,252.14 pence ex-income and 1,256.74 pence cum-income.
