Sanford sets dates for FY25 results, annual meeting, director nominations

Sanford Limited has set Friday, October 31, 2025, as the closing date for director nominations for its upcoming annual meeting. Nominations must be received by 1800 (NZDT) on that date and can only be made by shareholders eligible to attend and vote. Submissions should be emailed to palston@sanford.co.nz with the subject "Sanford 2025 Director Nominations."

The company also anticipates announcing its full-year results for the period ending September 30, 2025, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. This announcement will be followed by the publication of its annual report.
