Genesis Energy shareholders approve all resolutions at 2025 meeting

Genesis Energy Limited announced the results of its annual shareholder meeting, held yesterday, October 16, 2025. Shareholders passed all resolutions presented at the meeting.

The re-election of Catherine Drayton received 701,989,432 votes for, representing 99.93% of votes cast, with 473,029 votes against (0.07%). The re-election of Warwick Hunt MNZM also passed with 701,925,178 votes for (99.93%) and 512,424 votes against (0.07%). Hinerangi Raumati-Tu'ua MNZM was re-elected with 701,171,302 votes for (99.83%) and 1,219,575 votes against (0.17%).

Additionally, the re-election of Tim Miles was approved with 699,918,797 votes for (99.65%) and 2,438,711 votes against (0.35%). David Baldwin was elected with 699,966,134 votes for (99.67%) and 2,345,525 votes against (0.33%). All percentages reflect the proportion of the total votes cast.
