Henderson Far East Income announces share issue to boost capital

Henderson Far East Income Limited announced on October 14, 2025, an agreement to allot 525,000 ordinary shares at a price of 240.0p per share. These shares are expected to be issued for cash on October 16, 2025, bringing the total issued share capital and voting rights to 185,889,679.

The company also reported its unaudited net asset values as of close of business on October 13, 2025. The NAV per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items), was 233.1p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited NAV per share stood at 223.4p.
