Carbon Fund expands holdings with new CO2 unit acquisition

On October 13, 2025, the Carbon Fund completed an acquisition of 55,694 fully paid CO2 units. The total nominal value of these acquired units was NZD 77,726.55, with an acquisition price of 1.3956 per unit. This transaction increased the fund's total class acquired to 0.2229% of all units on issue.

The acquisition was executed as a cash payment and the units are to be held as treasury stock, pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. Following this acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence, excluding any treasury stock, stands at 24,991,555.
