F&C Investment Trust buys back shares for treasury

F&C Investment Trust PLC today, October 13, 2025, announced the purchase of 50,000 of its ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 25 pence, through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 1179.00p to 1192.00p, with a weighted average price of 1187.7397p per share, and will be held in treasury.

Following this transaction, the company’s treasury now holds 84,365,179 ordinary shares. The total number of ordinary shares currently in issue, excluding those held in treasury, stands at 477,453,837.

This updated figure of 477,453,837 also represents the total voting rights in the company. Shareholders can use this denominator to calculate whether they are required to notify their interest, or changes to their interest, in the company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
