Precinct Properties securities halted on NZX debt market

NZ RegCo has approved a trading halt application for Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited and Precinct Properties Investments Limited ("PCT"), effective Monday, 13 October 2025. The halt affects PCT's stapled ordinary shares and quoted and stapled convertible notes.

The trading halt was implemented before the opening of the NZX Debt Market today. Market participants seeking further information regarding the halt should refer to the attached trading halt application.
