AFIC's estimated NTA exceeds share price

Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited (AFIC) announced its estimated net tangible asset (NTA) backing per share as at October 10, 2025. The estimated pre-tax NTA per share stood at $8.22. This figure represents an unaudited and indicative assessment, based on investments at market value, before accounting for deferred tax provisions on unrealised gains or losses.

In contrast, the AFI share price, based on the ASX closing price on October 10, 2025, was $7.40. The pre-tax NTA per share therefore exceeded the closing share price by $0.82.
