Carbon Fund acquires CO2 units, updates NTA

On October 10, 2025, Carbon Fund announced the acquisition of 17,615 CO2 units for NZD 24,308.70, at an acquisition price of 1.3800 per unit. These units, representing 0.0703% of total units on issue, were acquired as treasury stock and are fully paid cash acquisitions. Following this transaction, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence, excluding treasury stock, stands at 25,058,411.

Salt Investment Funds Limited, the manager of the Carbon Fund, also reported the CO2 NTA and allotment notice as of October 9, 2025. Units on issue remain at 25,058,411, with a net tangible assets (NTA) of 1.6578. The Carbon Fund's objective is to provide investors with total return exposure to carbon credits, primarily through the NZ Emissions Trading Scheme.
