Henderson Far East Income issues shares, updates net asset value

Henderson Far East Income Limited agreed on October 9, 2025, to allot 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBp 246.5 each under its block listing facility. These shares, totaling GBp 370,000, are scheduled for cash issuance on October 13, 2025, which will bring the total issued share capital and voting rights to 185,034,679.

The company also provided an update on its net asset value as of close of business on October 8, 2025. The unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items), was GBp 235.4. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited net asset value per share was GBp 225.5.
