EBOS Group issues over half million performance rights to employees

EBOS Group Limited has issued 545,010 performance rights, representing an entitlement to ordinary shares under its performance rights plan. These rights constitute 57.56% of the performance rights currently on issue, bringing the total number of performance rights after this issuance to 1,491,852.

The vesting of these performance rights is contingent upon specific conditions related to EBOS Group Limited's financial performance and the continued employment of the holder. The performance period for these conditions spans from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028.

Upon vesting, each performance right entitles the holder to one fully paid ordinary share in EBOS Group Limited, an equivalent cash amount, or a combination of both, as determined by the board. Any ordinary shares issued subsequently will rank equally with existing fully paid ordinary shares. The performance rights do not carry dividend entitlements prior to vesting.
