A2 Milk Company reports lapse of performance rights

The a2 Milk Company Limited (ASX: A2M) has reported the cessation of 120,539 unquoted performance rights (ASX code: A2MAD) effective September 30, 2025. These rights lapsed because the conditions for their vesting were not met or became incapable of being satisfied, with no consideration paid for this cessation.

Following this change, the total number of unquoted performance rights on issue for A2MAD now stands at 5,099,797. The total quoted ordinary fully paid shares (A2M) remain at 725,426,194. This announcement was made on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
