Templeton Emerging Markets Trust buys back shares, updates NAVs

Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC (TEMIT) purchased 9,041 ordinary shares for cancellation on October 8, 2025, at 222.50 pence per share. Following this transaction, the company's total voting rights stand at 970,432,450, with 60,000,000 shares held in treasury. These treasury shares will only be reissued above the prevailing net asset value (NAV) per share to protect existing shareholders.

The unaudited cum-income NAV of TEMIT as of October 7, 2025, was £2385.287m, representing a NAV of 245.79 pence per share. The unaudited ex-income NAV was £2351.700m, representing 242.33 pence per share.
