Henderson Far East Income issues new shares, updates NAVs

Henderson Far East Income Limited announced on October 8, 2025, an agreement to allot 450,000 ordinary shares at 245.5p per share. These shares, issued for cash under its block listing facility, will be effective on October 10, 2025, bringing the total issued share capital and voting rights to 184,884,679.

Concurrently, the company released its unaudited net asset values as of the close of business on October 7, 2025. The net asset value per share, calculated according to the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items), stood at 236.0p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the net asset value per share was 226.1p.
