Air New Zealand completes share buy-back program

Air New Zealand has acquired 1,583,322 ordinary shares through both on-market and off-market transactions, representing a 0.0485% reduction in its total class of financial products. This buy-back was executed under a board-approved program announced on 20 February 2025. The acquired shares will be cancelled.

The acquisition comprised 775,705 ordinary shares acquired on NZX and ASX, and an additional 807,617 ordinary shares purchased off-market from the Crown. The average price for shares acquired on NZX was NZD $0.6010, while those acquired on ASX averaged AUD $0.5293. The off-market purchase from the Crown was completed at NZD $0.6019 per share.

Following these transactions, the total number of ordinary shares after cancellation stands at 3,264,269,026, with 93 shares held as Treasury Stock. The on-market shares settled on 10 October 2025, and the off-market shares settled on 13 October 2025.
