Auckland International Airport Limited (Auckland Airport) has issued NZ$200,000,000 in fully paid Fixed Rate Bonds, according to a recent Capital Change Notice. The bonds were issued at NZ$1.00 per bond, with payment made in cash.

The proceeds from this issuance are earmarked for general corporate purposes, as outlined in a final terms sheet dated 1 October 2025. The issuance was authorised by resolutions of the company's directors in September 2025, with the effective date of issue being 8 October 2025.
