Summerset hits record sales in Q3 2025, buoyed by care ORAs

Summerset Group Holdings Limited reported a record 420 sales of occupation rights for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. This total comprised 244 new sales and 176 resales, marking the company's highest-ever sales quarter. Care Occupation Rights Agreements (ORAs) made up 29% of total sales in Q3, with 38% of new sales and 16% of resales being Care ORAs.

The company's diverse portfolio was a significant contributor, with over 52% of New Zealand sales originating from outside Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. Top-performing villages included Summerset Boulcott, Summerset by the Dunes, and Summerset Palms. Summerset remains on track to deliver its FY25 forecast of 650-730 homes, with village centre buildings at Cambridge and Cranbourne North due for completion.

In Australia, Summerset is commencing its fourth Victorian village, Oakleigh South, and expects to welcome first residents to Chirnside Park in Q2 2026. Year-to-date 2025 sales reached 1,112, compared to 1,238 for the full year 2024.
