F&C Investment Trust: Director sells single share, company buys back 50,000 shares

Julie Tankard, a non-executive director at F&C Investment Trust PLC, disclosed the disposal of one ordinary share of 25p at a price of 1,212.48p on October 6, 2025. This transaction on the London Stock Exchange was to cover plan management fees.

Concurrently, F&C Investment Trust PLC announced the purchase of 50,000 of its own ordinary shares of 25 pence each to be held in treasury, with transactions at prices ranging from 1,208.00p to 1,210.00p, at a weighted average price of 1,208.70p. Following this buyback, the company now holds 84,179,405 ordinary shares in treasury, leaving 477,639,611 ordinary shares in issue and an equivalent number of voting rights.
