Bankers Investment Trust buys back shares for treasury

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") completed a market purchase of its own shares on 6 October 2025. This transaction involved 136,603 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 2.5p, acquired at a price of 131.6p per share. The shares will be held in treasury, executed under the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 February 2025.

Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital remains 1,315,102,830 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. Of these, 313,298,200 shares, representing 23.8% of the total, are held in treasury and carry no voting rights. This adjustment brings the total number of voting rights in The Bankers Investment Trust PLC to 1,001,804,630, with members having one vote per share on a poll.
