SkyCity CFO Peter Fredricson resigns, set to depart March 2026

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited announced on October 6, 2025, that its chief financial officer, Peter Fredricson, has tendered his resignation. Mr. Fredricson will remain in his role until March 1, 2026, to ensure an orderly transition for the company.

Jason Walbridge, SkyCity's chief executive officer, acknowledged Peter Fredricson's significant contributions, stating, "Peter has been responsible for the financial management of SkyCity during a very complex and challenging period." Walbridge also noted an agreement on clear capital objectives to be progressed before Mr. Fredricson's departure.

The company has confirmed that it will initiate a comprehensive external search to find a new chief financial officer.
