Henderson Far East Income issues new shares, updates net asset value

Henderson Far East Income Limited agreed on October 3, 2025, to allot 100,000 ordinary shares at 245p per share under its block listing facility. These shares are scheduled to be issued for cash on October 7, 2025, increasing total voting rights to 184,434,679.

As of the close of business on October 2, 2025, the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated according to the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items), was 235.7p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited net asset value per share stood at 225.8p on the same date.
