Private Land and Property Fund unit redemptions decrease total holdings

The Private Land and Property Fund (PLP) reported a redemption of 1,817,448 ordinary units, effective October 1, 2025, with confirmation on October 3, 2025. Each unit was redeemed at NZD 1.2857. This cash redemption represents a 1.097% decrease in the total units on issue from the previous day.

Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary units of the class (excluding Treasury Stock) now stands at 163,854,955. PLP operates as a continuous issuer of units under clause 5.1 of its trust deed, with all units ranking pari passu with existing units.
