Enprise Group opens nominations for director re-election

Enprise Group Limited announced on October 3, 2025, that it has opened the period for nominations of directors, effective immediately. This follows the company's constitution and NZX Listing Rules, which stipulate that certain directors will retire but are eligible to seek re-election.

The two current directors eligible to put themselves forward for re-election are George Elliot Cooper and Susan Elizabeth Stone. All nominations must be submitted in writing to the company secretary, Enprise Group Limited, P O Box 62 262, Sylvia Park, Auckland 1644, by October 24, 2025.
