Vital Healthcare announces 2025 annual meeting details

Vital Healthcare Property Trust has announced that documents for its 2025 annual meeting, including the notice of annual meeting, virtual meeting guide, and voting/proxy form, are being sent to unitholders today, October 3, 2025. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 12:00 pm, to be held in the Tūhono Room, Ground Floor Lobby, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland CBD. Unitholders also have the option to attend virtually via the Computershare Meeting Platform.

Vital Healthcare Property Trust, an NZX-listed fund with the code VHP, focuses on high-quality healthcare properties in New Zealand and Australia. Its portfolio as of June 30, 2025, comprises approximately 78% in private hospitals, 18% in ambulatory care facilities, and 4% in life science facilities.
