Serko's capital structure adjusted as conditional rights to 200,000 securities lapse

Serko Limited has reported the cessation of 208,325 unquoted equity securities, effective September 30, 2025. This includes 56,341 options (SKOAA) and 151,984 restricted share units (SKOAB). The cessation occurred because the conditional rights to these securities lapsed, as the underlying conditions were not met or became incapable of being satisfied. The company confirmed it did not pay any consideration for these cessations.

Following these cessations, Serko Limited's issued capital now comprises 124,600,150 quoted ordinary fully paid foreign exempt NZX securities. The number of unquoted SKOAA options has decreased to 3,868, while unquoted SKOAB restricted share units now stand at 5,581,291.
