Henderson Far East Income issues shares, updates net asset value

Henderson Far East Income Limited issued 100,000 new ordinary shares at a price of £244.3p per share under its block listing facility. These shares, fully paid and issued for cash on October 6, 2025, bring the total issued share capital and voting rights to 184,334,679.

The company also reported its unaudited net asset values as of the close of business on October 1, 2025. The net asset value per share, calculated according to the AIC formula including current financial year revenue items, was £231.7p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited net asset value per share stood at £221.9p.
