Gentrack issues shares to chair for director remuneration

Gentrack Group Limited (GTK) issued 4,977 ordinary shares to Andrew James Green, the chair, on October 2, 2025. This issuance is in part payment of director remuneration for the period, valued at NZ$50,000 (NZ$10.05 per share). The issuance was approved by shareholders in February 2021 and by a directors' resolution dated September 30, 2024. The new shares are fully paid and rank equally with existing ordinary shares.

Following this transaction, Andrew James Green's holdings increased from 106,780 to 111,757 ordinary shares. The total number of financial products in the class after this issue is 107,726,873 ordinary shares, representing 0.005% of the total class. The transaction was handled by company secretary Anna Ellis, who also serves as the contact person for the announcement.
