Radius Residential Care completes on-market share buyback

Radius Residential Care Ltd. acquired 30,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of NZD 0.3600 per security, as part of an on-market buyback program. This acquisition, completed on September 29, 2025, represents 0.0106% of the total class of financial products, excluding treasury stock.
