Henderson Far East Income issues new shares, updates NAV

Henderson Far East Income Limited agreed on September 30, 2025, to allot 475,000 ordinary shares at 241.5p per share, fully paid, under its block listing facility. These shares are scheduled for issue on October 2, 2025, for cash, which will increase the total issued share capital and voting rights to 184,234,679.

The company also reported its unaudited net asset values as of the close of business on September 29, 2025. The net asset value per share, calculated according to the AIC formula and including current financial year revenue items, was 232.9p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited net asset value per share stood at 223.6p.
