Chorus schedules 2025 virtual annual shareholder meeting

Chorus Limited has announced its 2025 annual meeting of shareholders will be held virtually on Wednesday, November 5, at 10am New Zealand time. The meeting will be conducted online via Computershare's meeting platform, accessible at https://meetnow.global/nz. All shareholders are invited to participate, vote, and ask questions during the online event.

The notice of meeting and proxy/voting form, which has been sent to shareholders, is also available on Chorus' website at https://company.chorus.co.nz/investors/services/your-shareholding/annual-meetings.
