Mercury to engage international investors in September, October 2025

Mercury will conduct a series of international investor meetings during September and October 2025. The company confirmed that presentation materials related to these meetings are attached to the announcement.

As a significant energy provider, Mercury generates electricity entirely from renewable sources, including hydro, geothermal, and wind. Beyond generation, the company also operates as a retailer offering electricity, gas, broadband, and mobile services. Mercury is listed on both the New Zealand Stock Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange, holding foreign exempt listed status. The New Zealand government maintains a legislated minimum 51% shareholding in the company.
