Heartland releases annual reports, details hybrid annual meeting

Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) today released its annual report and climate report for the financial year ended June 30, 2025 (FY2025). The company also published its notice of meeting for the 2025 annual general meeting.

The 2025 annual general meeting will be a hybrid event, held online and in person at Hotel Ashburton, Ashburton, New Zealand. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 13, 2025, commencing at 10:00 am (New Zealand time). This format acknowledges Heartland's 150-year history, tracing back to the Ashburton Permanent Building & Investment Society's founding in 1875.

The notice of meeting, along with the voting and proxy form, is available online. Shareholders can submit questions in advance or by email. Completed postal votes or proxy appointments must be received by 10:00 am (New Zealand time) on November 11, 2025. A recording of the annual meeting will be available on Heartland's website after the event.
