F&C Investment Trust buys back shares, updates NAV

F&C Investment Trust PLC purchased 22,634 of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on September 26, 2025, through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 1187.00p to 1188.00p, with a weighted average price of 1187.8836p, and will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the company now holds 83,796,633 ordinary shares in treasury, with 478,022,383 ordinary shares remaining in issue.

This latest buyback impacts the total voting rights in the company, which now stand at 478,022,383, a figure to be used by shareholders for Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules calculations.
