Westpac announces capital notes distributions for December 2025

Westpac Banking Corporation announced distributions for its Capital Notes 8 and Capital Notes 9 for the period ending December 2025.

For Capital Notes 8, a distribution of AUD 1.1251 will be paid on December 22, 2025, to holders on record as of December 12, 2025. This distribution is fully franked, based on a 3-month BBSW Rate of 3.5468% p.a. and a margin of 2.9000% p.a., resulting in a distribution rate of 4.5128% p.a.

Similarly, for Capital Notes 9, a distribution of AUD 1.2140 will be paid on December 22, 2025, to holders on record as of December 12, 2025. This distribution is also fully franked. The distribution rate for Capital Notes 9 is 4.8692% p.a., calculated from a 3-month BBSW Rate of 3.5560% p.a. and a margin of 3.4000% p.a.

Both distributions are for a period of one quarter. The Capital Notes 8 payment will be made on December 22, 2025, as December 21, 2025, is not a business day.
