Channel Infrastructure NZ issues new shares via dividend reinvestment plan

Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited (NZX:CHI) has issued 2,193,529 new ordinary shares, increasing its total ordinary shares in circulation to 412,198,231. This capital change, effective September 24, 2025, represents a 0.54% increase in the total class of financial products. The shares were issued at NZD 2.2995 per security and are fully paid.

The issuance is a result of the dividend reinvestment plan, which allows shareholders to reinvest their dividends for the 2025 interim dividend, payable on September 24, 2025. This action was authorized by a board resolution dated August 25, 2025, and aligns with NZX Listing Rule 4.8.1. The newly issued shares rank equally with all existing ordinary shares.
