Trade Window Holdings expands capital with new share issuance

Trade Window Holdings Limited (TWL) has allotted 5,438,196 new ordinary shares at an issue price of NZ$0.19 per security, following a placement announced on 24 September 2025. This issuance, made pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 4.5.1, was fully paid in cash and represents approximately 4.03% of the company's total financial products, assuming all share options are exercised.

Following this capital change, the total number of ordinary shares on issue for Trade Window Holdings Limited stands at 139,618,909. The company also maintains 776,999 share options on issue. These newly issued shares will rank equally with all other fully paid ordinary shares.
