Metro Performance Glass appoints Stephen Robertson as non-executive director

Metro Performance Glass Limited announced the appointment of Stephen Robertson as a non-executive director to its board, effective September 24, 2025. The board has classified Mr. Robertson as a non-independent director in accordance with NZX listing rules. This appointment increases the total number of directors on the Metro Performance Glass board to five.

Mr. Robertson brings over 40 years of extensive experience in industrial products businesses across Australasia. For more than a decade, he served as the managing director of Amari Metals Australia and its affiliated companies in New Zealand. His professional background includes leadership roles across seven businesses in Australia and three in New Zealand, notably McKechnie Aluminium Solutions, all specializing in the supply of specialty metal products.

Before his tenure at Amari Metals, Mr. Robertson held a senior management position within Crane Group, prior to its acquisition by Fletcher Building. He also currently serves as a director of the Australian Stainless Steel Development Association.
