Infratil's CDC secures 100MW in new data centre capacity

Infratil announced on September 24, 2025, that its subsidiary, CDC, has secured approximately 100MW of new contracted capacity, highlighting strong ongoing demand in the Australasian data centre market. Infratil chief executive Jason Boyes noted that this achievement reinforces CDC's market leadership in delivering large-scale data centre footprints for cloud and AI workloads.

This new contracting, alongside other agreements signed since May, means approximately 95% of forecast lease revenues are now under contract, with confidence in securing the remaining capacity. The announcement provides high visibility for CDC to double its FY25 earnings by FY27.

The contracts demonstrate CDC's ability to attract significant capacity demand, attributed to its technological advantage and track record of delivering future-proof campuses for the AI world.
