Summerset issues new shares under dividend reinvestment plan

Summerset Group Holdings Limited announced today the issuance and quotation of 1,229,768 new ordinary shares, fully paid and foreign exempt, under its dividend reinvestment plan. These shares were issued on September 24, 2025, with an issue price of NZD 10.7323 per security, paid as cash consideration. The newly quoted securities will rank equally in all respects with existing issued securities of the same class from their issue date.

This issuance increases the total number of quoted ordinary shares to 242,361,023. The capital change reflects the election of shareholders to participate in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, as authorized by directors' resolutions dated August 27, 2025. The percentage of total class of Financial Products issued/acquired/redeemed is 0.50999941%.
