Henderson Far East Income allots new shares, updates net asset values

Henderson Far East Income Limited agreed on September 23, 2025, to allot 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBp242.5 per share, fully paid under its block listing facility. These shares are scheduled for issue on September 25, 2025, which will bring the total issued share capital and voting rights to 183,759,679.

The company also provided an update on its net asset values. As of the close of business on September 22, 2025, the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated according to the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items), was GBp233.4.
