F&C Investment Trust buys back shares, updates NAV

F&C Investment Trust PLC announced a buyback of 40,351 ordinary shares of 25 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The shares were purchased at prices ranging from 1192.00p to 1193.00p, with a weighted average price of 1192.1955p, and will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the company now holds 83,638,999 ordinary shares in treasury, with 478,180,017 ordinary shares in issue, bringing total voting rights to 478,180,017.

The company also released its net asset value (NAV) as of September 22, 2025. The NAV per ordinary share (prior charges at market value) was 1,296.30 pence ex income and 1,303.16 pence cum income. When considering prior charges at nominal value, the NAV was 1,251.52 pence ex income and 1,258.38 pence cum income.
