Templeton Emerging Markets Trust buys back shares, updates NAV

Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC ("TEMIT") announced on September 22, 2025, that it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 215.80 pence per share. Following this transaction, the company's share capital now consists of 971,629,861 shares in issue and 60,000,000 shares held in Treasury, with total voting rights amounting to 971,629,861. Shares held in Treasury will only be reissued at a price above the prevailing NAV per share.

The unaudited cum-income net asset value ("NAV") of TEMIT as at September 19, 2025, was £2307.645m, representing a NAV of 237.44 pence per share. The unaudited ex-income NAV for the same date was £2275.367m, representing a NAV of 234.12 pence per share.

TEMIT also confirmed that its monthly portfolio data for the period to August 31, 2025, is available on its website, www.temit.co.uk, with a PDF copy attached to the announcement.
