F&C Investment Trust announces share buyback and updated net asset values

F&C Investment Trust PLC completed a share buyback on September 22, 2025, purchasing 40,158 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1184.00p to 1189.00p, with a weighted average of 1187.7358p. These shares will be held in treasury, increasing total treasury holdings to 83,598,648 ordinary shares.
