Carbon Fund acquires CO2 units, updates NTA

On September 22, 2025, Carbon Fund acquired 23,289 CO2 units for NZ$32,837.49, priced at 1.4100 per unit, as treasury stock. This transaction, executed on September 19, 2025, represents 0.0883% of the total units on issue, with the units being fully paid. Following the acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence (excluding treasury stock) stands at 26,364,803.

Salt Investment Funds Limited, the manager of Carbon Fund, simultaneously reported the fund's net tangible assets (NTA) at 1.6946 per unit as of September 19, 2025. The fund's objective is to provide investors with exposure to carbon credit prices, actively buying credits in both New Zealand and offshore emissions trading schemes.
