Bremworth schedules 2025 annual meeting, sets director nomination deadline

Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) has announced that its 2025 annual meeting of shareholders will take place on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The meeting is scheduled to be held at the Residium Design + Building Centre, located at 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland.

The company also confirmed the closing date for nominations to its board of directors as Tuesday, October 7, 2025. All director nominations must be submitted by 5:00 PM on this specified closing date.
