Auckland Airport plans bond offers, sets 2025 annual meeting date

Auckland International Airport Limited is considering launching two bond offers: a retail offer of fixed-rate bonds maturing in April 2031 for retail and institutional investors, and a wholesale offer of floating-rate bonds maturing in October 2028 for wholesale investors only. ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited and Westpac Banking Corporation will serve as joint lead managers for both offers. The total amount raised from both offers is not expected to exceed NZ$300,000,000. Full details for the retail offer are anticipated the week of 29 September 2025, with wholesale offer details released thereafter.

In a separate announcement, Auckland Airport confirmed its 2025 Annual Shareholder's Meeting will be held at 10:00 am on 23 October 2025 at the Ellerslie Events Centre in Auckland. Shareholders will receive the notice of meeting and proxy form via email or mail, with electronic copies available on the company’s website.

The annual meeting will also be broadcast live online, accessible via www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/aia25, requiring a shareholder number for verification. The webcast will be archived on the Auckland Airport website after the event.
