Mercury NZ shareholders re-elect directors, elect two new members

Mercury NZ shareholders have approved the re-election of Susan Peterson and Scott St John as directors, and elected Rob Hamilton and Rachel Taulelei as new directors, at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on September 19, 2025. All resolutions were supported by the board and conducted by a poll as required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1.

Susan Peterson was re-elected with 1,027,525,200 votes for (98.85%), while Scott St John secured re-election with 1,027,638,695 votes for (98.73%). Rob Hamilton was elected with 1,031,893,361 votes for (99.14%), and Rachel Taulelei received overwhelming support with 1,040,304,422 votes for (99.95%). These results reflect strong shareholder approval for the proposed board composition.
