Investore property closes notes offer, sets interest rate at 6.25%

Investore Property Limited announced the successful closure of its general offer of subordinated convertible notes, allocating NZD $60 million in notes following a bookbuild process. All notes under the general offer were allocated to bookbuild participants. The issue margin for the notes has been set at 3.00% per annum.

The interest rate for the notes has been set at 6.25% per annum, which is the minimum interest rate. An updated terms sheet reflecting this interest rate will be released via NZX. Eligible shareholders can still apply for additional notes through the shareholder priority offer, closing on September 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM (New Zealand time).

The notes from both the general offer and shareholder priority offer are expected to be issued by Investore on September 26, 2025, and are anticipated to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market on September 29, 2025, under the ticker code IPLHA.
