Private Land and Property Fund issues new ordinary units

The Private Land and Property Fund (PLP) has issued 816,984 new ordinary units, effective September 18, 2025, at a price of NZD 1.2836 per security. This issuance represents a 0.496% increase in the total units on issue from the previous day's close. The payment for these units was made in cash and is fully paid.

Following this capital change, the total number of financial products of this class now stands at 165,672,403 units. The issuance was conducted under the continuous issuer provisions of clause 5.1 of the trust deed, which governs the fund's operations. These newly issued units rank pari passu with existing units.
